1. General

  • This website is owned and operated by Walkin Wardrobe, Bhagalpur, Bihar, India.
  • By placing an order on our website, you agree to abide by our Shipping Policy, Payment Policy, Cancellation Policy, and Exchange Policy, which form an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.
  • Walkin Wardrobe reserves the right to update, modify, or change these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

2. Eligibility

  • To shop at Walkin Wardrobe, you must be at least 18 years old or be shopping under the supervision of a parent/guardian.
  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information while placing an order.

3. Products & Pricing

  • We specialize in women’s ethnic wear including Kurtis, Suits, Co-ords, and Indo-western outfits.
  • As we are a manufacturer, wholesaler, and retailer, our prices are set to provide the best value and may change without prior notice.
  • All product descriptions, images, and details are provided for reference. Minor variations in color or design may occur due to lighting, photography, or screen resolution.

4. Payments

  • We accept payments via UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
  • COD orders include an additional COD fee and require verification before dispatch.
  • For prepaid orders, payments are processed securely, and Walkin Wardrobe does not store sensitive card/payment details.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer Free Shipping across India.
  • Prepaid orders are shipped within 24 hours and delivered in 4–7 business days.
  • COD orders are shipped after verification and delivered in 7–9 business days.
  • Delays due to courier services, holidays, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

6. Cancellations

  • Prepaid orders may be cancelled within 3 hours of placing the order.
  • COD orders may be cancelled within 24 hours or during the verification call.
  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.

7. Returns & Exchanges

  • We follow a No Return Policy.
  • Exchanges are allowed only in cases of:
    • Wrong item delivered
    • Damaged product
    • Size misfit
  • An unboxing video is mandatory for any exchange request.
  • Exchange approval is at the sole discretion of Walkin Wardrobe.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website, including logos, product images, text, and designs, are the intellectual property of Walkin Wardrobe.
  • Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any material is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Walkin Wardrobe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses and contact details. Orders lost due to incorrect details will not be refunded.

10. Governing Law

  • All transactions and disputes are governed by the laws of India.
  • Any disputes arising shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Bhagalpur, Bihar.
