Exchange & Return Policy
At Walkin Wardrobe, every product is crafted and packed with the utmost care. Each item goes through strict quality checks and is securely packed by trained staff before dispatch.
To ensure clarity and fairness, we have a No Return Policy. However, we do allow exchanges in specific cases as mentioned below.
Return Policy
- ❌ No Returns Allowed: We do not accept returns under any circumstances.
- Customers are advised to check the size chart and product details carefully before placing an order.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges only under the following conditions:
- Wrong item delivered
- Damaged product received
- Size misfit
Conditions for Exchange
- An unboxing video is mandatory for all exchange requests. Without a clear video recorded from start to finish, no exchange will be accepted.
- The exchange request must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
- Customers may be required to ship the product back to us, depending on the situation. Details will be provided by our support team at the time of exchange approval.
Exchange Process
- Contact us via Email/WhatsApp with your order ID, issue details, and unboxing video.
- Our support team will verify and confirm whether your request qualifies for exchange.
- Upon approval, exchange instructions will be shared with you.
- Once we receive and inspect the product, a replacement will be shipped to you.
Important Notes
- Exchanges are processed only once per order.
- In case the desired size/product is unavailable, we may offer an alternative product of similar value.
- Walkin Wardrobe reserves the right to approve or deny any exchange request based on evidence and policy compliance.
- Our decision will be final and binding in all exchange cases.
