Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Walkin Wardrobe, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable shopping experience for all our customers across India. Please read our Shipping & Delivery Policy carefully before placing your order.

Order Processing

  • Prepaid Orders (Online Paid): All prepaid orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours of successful payment confirmation.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: COD orders are processed only after successful verification via call or WhatsApp message. Orders that remain unverified may be cancelled automatically.

Shipping Charges

  • We offer Free Shipping on all orders across India.
  • COD orders attract an additional COD handling fee, which will be displayed at checkout.

Delivery Timelines

  • Prepaid Orders: Delivered within 4 to 7 business days, depending on your location and courier service availability.
  • COD Orders: Delivered within 7 to 9 business days after verification.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as courier delays, strikes, natural calamities, or festive rush.

Logistics Partners

We have partnered with some of India’s most trusted logistics providers to ensure fast and safe deliveries, including:
DTDC, Bluedart, Delhivery, Xpressbees, Ekart, Amazon Logistics, Shadowfax, and others.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS/Email/WhatsApp notification with the tracking details.
  • You can track your order directly on the respective courier partner’s website.

Delivery Coverage

  • We currently ship across all serviceable pin codes in India.
  • In rare cases where courier services are unavailable at your pin code, our support team will contact you to arrange an alternative.

Important Notes

  • Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled or modified.
  • In case of delayed delivery, customers are requested to allow up to 10 business days before contacting our support team.
  • Walkin Wardrobe is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, incorrect addresses, or unforeseen circumstances.
